The goal
The main goal for the landing page was to debut at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference. The conference was two months away so we had a very limited timeframe to create the branding of the new merged company and develop the landing page based on the new brand. What I usually say in this case? Challenge accepted!
ABout the project
Velsera is a three leading companies in healthcare and biopharma industry that merged together. I was part of the Traina team creating a landing page from scratch based on the unique branding that the team has created.
Welcome the new brand
Velsera needed to articulate what the three businesses could promise as a collective and also position the business for expansion. The team created the concept of an engine, an analogy for how Velsera moves data between healthcare and research to power precision insights and generate momentum for discovery. The continuous flow of information inspired use of 3-D imagery to express this cycle—an image system that could change and morph as the company further evolved its category.

the challenge
Since I was very limited in time I had to jump into design concepts exploration right away. One of the biggest challenges was to figure out the way we could implement the value loop — the main graphic element that the client has requested to include that showcase all points in the healthcare continuum.
design Concepts
After multiple iterations on the value loop the final decision has been made to go with the development of the actual loop. Besides iterating on the most challenging graphic of the site I also explored dark and light theme for the site. The client preferred the dark theme which is more impactful and different from competitors in the healthcare industry.

We wanted to have a long lasting impression for the grand debut of the new brand and what can make it better than to have a unique animation on the landing page. It was a close collaboration with development team and curation for the final product. We were working against the time at this point but still managed to create an amazing animation for the value loop, background and different graphical and functional elements on the site.
